Returns & Refunds: Simple Steps for Hassle-Free Process
At Angetube, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service and products. However, we understand that there may be circumstances in which a customer may wish to request a refund or exchange.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Angetube, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Our team will review your request and do their best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.
To request a refund or exchange, please provide the following information:
Your order number
A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund or exchange
Any relevant documentation, such as proof of purchase or receipts
Please note that the following circumstances are not eligible for a refund or exchange:
Product has been used or damaged
More than 30 days have passed since the date of purchase
Freight Fees:
If the return is a result of our error (e.g. incorrect item was sent), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
If the return is not a result of our error (e.g. you changed your mind), the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exchange Fees:
If you are requesting an exchange, a fee may be charged to cover the cost of shipping the new item to you. The amount of the fee will depend on the location and the size and weight of the item being exchanged.
If the exchange is a result of our error (e.g. incorrect item was sent), we will cover the cost of the exchange fee.
If your refund or exchange request is approved, we will process the request within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, and exchanges will be shipped to the provided shipping address.
