Process a Warranty
At Angetube stand behind the quality of our products and back all of our products with a one year warranty.
If you believe that your product is defective and covered under our warranty, please follow the steps below to process a warranty claim:
Contact our customer service team at Support@angetube.com to initiate the warranty process.
Provide a description of the issue you are experiencing with the product and any relevant information, such as your order number and the date of purchase.
If requested, provide photos or videos of the issue to help us assess the problem.
We will review your claim and determine if the product is covered under our warranty.
If your claim is approved, we will either repair or replace the product at no cost to you.
If your claim is denied, we will provide an explanation for the denial and any options for repairing the product at your own expense.
Limitations of Warranty
Our limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage caused by improper use, abuse, or modification of the product.
Our limited warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
Our limited warranty does not cover any products that have been purchased from unauthorized resellers.
