Each Smart Pen & Notebook package includes five high-quality pen refills. These refills are typically sufficient for writing in the main notebook, providing ample supply for regular usage.
2. Why can't the Smart Pen recognize regular notebooks?
The Smart Pen is designed to work exclusively with notebooks that feature special recognition dots. These dots are essential for accurate tracking and writing capture. Regular notebooks lack these dots, which is why the Smart Pen cannot recognize them. （You can zoom in using your phone’s camera to see the tiny dots on the dedicated notebook for proper recognition.）
3. Why does the recognition rate decrease or fail when writing at the edges of the notebook?
The Smart Pen features a built-in camera located at the tip of the pen. If the camera is facing outward during use, recognition accuracy may be compromised. To ensure optimal recognition, simply adjust the pen so the camera faces inward. This ensures 100% recognition accuracy, even at the edges of the notebook.
4. Do I need to register an account to use the app?
No registration is required to use the Smart Pen app. Our software does not have a server, so we do not collect any personal user information, ensuring it is truly a green software with a focus on privacy protection. You can use it without concerns about data collection.
5. Will my files be lost if I change my phone?
